Delivery Manager (SaaS/CPQ)

hirify.global is a startup building a new agentic CPQ software stack called PQA designed for enterprise pricing and quoting workflows.

What you will do

• Deliver multiple moderately complex to complex solutions and manage end-to-end implementation engagements.
• Monitor project quality, financials, risk, and overall delivery performance to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and manage project plans across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders including C-level leaders and drive product adoption aligned to business goals.
• Lead POCs and own technical workstreams for global SaaS customers, including data model migration and API integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Requirements

• Location: Remote with willingness to spend time in San Francisco during onboarding and travel as needed
• Experience in solutions engineering, architecture, or technical consulting with ownership of complex enterprise deals or implementations.
• Hands-on familiarity with CPQ and CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CPQ, HubSpot, and understanding of enterprise quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms like NetSuite, Oracle, SAP and their integration with revenue stack components.
• Proven experience delivering quote-to-cash programs and strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience selling or implementing CPQ solutions and comfort with data modeling and pricing data schemas.
• Experience at early-stage companies with full ownership of end-to-end delivery.
