Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States. Occasional travel to the Korea office may be required; flexibility across USA and Korea time zones is required.

Salary: $196,000–$240,000 per year, depending on relevant experience.

hirify.global is a startup developing AI-driven autonomous robots for hospitality and other indoor consumer environments.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between the CTO and engineering and business departments, clarifying technical requirements and project goals.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making through technical data and industry insights.
• Manage project and product milestones to support timely and successful delivery.
• Document meeting takeaways, action items, technical documents, project files, and correspondence.
• Coordinate the CTO’s calendar, internal and external meetings, video conferences, and communications.

Requirements

• Background as a project manager or software engineer.
• Proficiency with technical tools and software relevant to robotics.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
• Ability to work across USA and Korea time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, robotics engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management or a technical role supporting leadership.

• Bilingual Korean and English skills.
