Network Administrator (Aruba/Zero Trust) (Enterprise Networking): Administering and optimizing Aruba switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, segmentation, and the 25G backbone in a high-throughput training-data environment with an accent on QoS, Zero Trust access controls, and operational reliability. Focus on designing segmented networks, prioritizing cloud data uploads, monitoring capacity, resolving incidents, and coordinating cross-site infrastructure requirements.

What you will do
- Administer and optimize Aruba switching and enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure, including the 25G backbone.
- Design and maintain network segmentation for training cells and internal networks.
- Configure and operate firewalls, Zero Trust access controls, VLANs, QoS, and bandwidth management.
- Monitor network performance and capacity, resolve incidents, and maintain topology diagrams, IP plans, and runbooks.
- Collaborate with developers on network requirements for product integration projects.
- Coordinate with the HQ IT team on cross-site network topics and escalations.
Requirements
- Degree in an IT-related field or completed IT apprenticeship, with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience in network operations.
- Strong knowledge of switching, routing, enterprise Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with high-throughput LAN environments, QoS configuration, VLAN-based segmentation, and firewall configuration.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and the ability to remain analytical and composed under operational pressure.
- Fluent English at B2+ level, spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Hands-on Aruba/HPE experience.
- Relevant certification such as ACCP, CCNA, CCNP, or Network+.
