Network Administrator (Enterprise Networking): Maintaining and troubleshooting resilient Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure supporting aerospace engineering, manufacturing, and business operations with an accent on network availability, security, and configuration consistency. Focus on administering multi-site networks, resolving complex connectivity issues, implementing secure infrastructure changes, and improving operations through monitoring and automation.

What you will do
- Configure and support Layer 2 and Layer 3 infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
- Install and maintain structured cabling, network racks, and physical network infrastructure.
- Implement approved network changes, infrastructure improvements, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
- Monitor network health, performance, and availability, and troubleshoot complex enterprise connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Maintain configuration management systems, network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with systems, security, and IT teams while providing advanced network support and escalation assistance.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in network administration.
- Experience administering enterprise switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, dynamic routing, network segmentation, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience supporting multi-site networks and maintaining high network availability.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to meet U.S. ITAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, protected individual status, or eligibility to obtain the required authorizations.
Nice to have
- Network+, Security+, CCNA, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP networking.
- Experience with network architecture, modernization, advanced routing, segmentation, secure remote access, or Zero Trust implementations.
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, or production environments.
