Platform PM (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the strategy for platform foundations including identity and access management, permissions, roles, billing, subscriptions, notifications, and authentication.
• Design customer onboarding, team management, and access-control experiences for startups and enterprise customers.
• Lead execution across engineering, design, security, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Manage scope and priorities to improve delivery velocity and product quality.
• Conduct customer discovery, gather feedback, and support enterprise sales.
• Partner with go-to-market and customer success teams on product positioning and customer stories.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software products for enterprise customers, ideally in a startup or fast-moving company.
• Experience with platform engineering, identity and access management, billing systems, or developer infrastructure.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and drive products from strategy to delivery.
• Strong product fundamentals with depth in security, systems design, enterprise go-to-market, or developer experience.
• Hands-on ability to write specifications, review API documentation, debug authentication flows, and respond to enterprise security reviews.
• Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco office.

• Founder experience, early-stage startup experience, or experience building zero-to-one platform or infrastructure products.
