Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: Fully in-person between the Palo Alto headquarters and San Francisco office

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Coordinate recruiting schedules and interview loops for Engineering, GTM, and G&A roles.
• Manage technical interviews, work samples, sales panels, and finance screens across busy calendars and time zones.
• Maintain accurate, real-time recruiting data in Ashby.
• Serve as the main candidate contact from the initial screen through the signed offer.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with People and track recruiting metrics for hiring managers and leadership.
• Design and establish the company’s recruiting coordination processes as the first recruiting coordinator.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating high-volume hiring at a fast-moving company.
• Experience supporting both technical and non-technical recruiting processes.
• Ability to manage complex interview panels and short-notice rescheduling.
• Strong ATS data-management and organizational skills, including experience keeping recruiting records accurate.
• Discretion when handling compensation and offer details.
• Ability to work fully in person between Palo Alto and San Francisco.
