Location: Remote

Salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Source and recruit candidates for GTM, Engineering, and Product Management roles.
• Build steady pipelines of qualified and engaged candidates for priority searches.
• Conduct research to assess candidate fit beyond titles and keywords.
• Write concise, compelling outreach and provide relevant, personalized communication.
• Manage multiple searches independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Use hiring-team feedback and conversion data to improve targeting and recruiting results.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience at a high-growth startup or recruiting agency supporting startups is preferred.
• Experience sourcing for GTM, Engineering, or Product Management roles.
• Strong research instincts and judgment when evaluating candidate fit.
• Concise, compelling writing and the ability to engage strong candidates.
• Ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple searches independently.
