Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, operations, and business functions.
• Source candidates, build talent networks, manage candidates, and close hires.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to anticipate talent needs and shape hiring plans.
• Build and improve recruiting systems, processes, and the foundation for future growth.
• Balance hands-on recruiting with planning and cross-functional partnership in a rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally as an in-house first recruiter at an early-stage startup.
• Experience creating recruiting systems and processes from scratch or significantly improving existing ones.
• Exceptional communication, candidate-experience judgment, organization, and professional judgment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple roles, understand complex problems, and structure solutions.
• Experience operating in high-performance, high-expectation environments.
• Passion for AI and building teams at the edge of human-computer interaction.

Nice to have

• Founder or startup-building experience.
• Experience hiring for non-technical roles, including G&A and GTM.
• Experience building roles and processes in Ashby.
• Experience playing Portal 1 and 2, or willingness to play them during onboarding.
