TL;DR
Sr. Product Manager, Lending (Fintech): Owning and evolving consumer lending products from origination through underwriting and servicing with an accent on fair credit access, partner APIs, and regulatory compliance. Focus on building credit decisioning tools, running underwriting experiments, and coordinating risk, data science, engineering, design, and sponsor-bank partners.
Location: Remote (United States); a Pasadena office is available for employees who prefer a hybrid model.
Salary: $150,000–$175,000 base salary plus equity.

is a Series C fintech startup providing medical financing, point-of-sale lending, BNPL, payment plans, and payment processing for veterinary practices in the United States and Canada.
What you will do
- Set strategy, roadmap, and execution for point-of-sale lending, BNPL, installment plans, credit decisioning, loan servicing, and new lending offerings.
- Manage sponsor-bank and loan-management software partnerships while aligning product decisions with risk appetite, partnership agreements, and regulations.
- Own partner APIs, credit-bureau and alternative-data integrations, application funnels, and borrower servicing tools.
- Partner with data science and risk teams to develop cashflow underwriting tools and credit risk models.
- Lead agile collaboration with engineering, QA, design, compliance, legal, finance, servicing, and operations.
- Drive A/B testing, experimentation, product documentation, and data-driven lending decisions.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of consumer lending, including underwriting, credit decisioning, origination, servicing, collections, and fair-lending regulations.
- Experience with sponsor-bank partnership models and partner APIs for B2B relationships.
- Familiarity with credit bureaus or alternative data for underwriting and advanced model scoring.
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests and iterating with design and engineering.
- Success working with cross-functional agile teams involving risk, compliance, and data science.
- Strong product documentation, stakeholder communication, and regulatory translation skills.
