Internal Communications Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Design and enforce a centralized intake model to govern how teams communicate with clinical staff.
• Drive organization-wide change management to establish new communication norms.
• Audit existing information flows to identify gaps, overlaps, and friction points.
• Build a global clinical communication program using a single source of truth.
• Develop AI-enabled formats such as short-form video and audio briefings for a non-desk workforce.
• Define and report on metrics like comprehension, consistency, and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in internal communications, change management, or program management at scale.
• Track record of designing and enforcing governance processes across cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing communication programs for large, dispersed frontline workforces.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools to improve communication quality and efficiency.
• Experience in high-growth, multi-site consumer services or healthcare is strongly preferred.
