Comms Strategist (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for the agentic enterprise, providing an intelligent layer for understanding, orchestrating, and acting across complex enterprise systems.

What you will do

• Develop hirify.global's story across web copy, blog posts, social content, product materials, white papers, keynotes, videos, and other formats.
• Create content and experiences for trade shows, customer conferences, and events attended by Fortune 500 executives, CIOs, partners, and investors.
• Grow developer, enterprise practitioner, and talent communities online and through meetups, hackathons, and partner events.
• Build the employer brand through talent narratives, candidate materials, videos, and recruiting events.
• Run integrated campaigns with sales, product, partnerships, recruiting, agencies, vendors, and consultancies.
• Partner with founders on talks, all-hands, offsites, and company-wide communications.

Requirements

• Strong generalist profile with sharp creative taste, high executional drive, and experience building processes, products, companies, communities, events, or brands.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong point of view on design.
• Demonstrated ability to grow an audience online and bring it together in person.
• Ability to synthesize multiple inputs quickly and produce high-quality, shippable work across formats.
• Comfort with a broad mandate, hands-on execution, and the pace of a fast-growing startup.
• Ability to work on-site in London, UK; visa sponsorship is available.
