Internal Communications Manager

Location: Must be based in the Westlake, TX area, United States

What you will do

• Set the internal communications strategy and translate company priorities into clear, actionable communication plans.
• Advise the CEO, senior leadership, and executives on messaging, audience segmentation, timing, and communication channels.
• Write and coordinate executive communications, including emails, announcements, speeches, presentations, talking points, and business-performance narratives.
• Lead editorial planning and content development across newsletters, campaigns, announcements, and the ECInside intranet.
• Develop communications for organizational change, technology implementations, M&A activity, global town halls, and enterprise events.
• Use readership, engagement, and employee-feedback data to improve communication content, channels, and plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, supported by a strong writing and storytelling portfolio.
• Experience writing executive communications, speeches, and presentations and advising senior leaders.
• Experience managing an enterprise intranet or employee communications platform, including content governance and publishing standards.
• Strong business acumen, project-management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work proactively with ambiguity and confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must be based in the Westlake, TX area.

• Experience with SharePoint as an intranet platform.
• Experience with Asana for project management.
