Communications Specialist, Change Management

Location: Remote within a U.S.-based employment context

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute communications supporting the mission, values, culture, and organizational change initiatives.
• Partner with change management specialists, senior leaders, and stakeholders on timely, audience-focused communications.
• Create and edit content for email, intranet, text messages, presentations, conference calls, and other channels.
• Establish communication processes, templates, guidelines, and workflows for change initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate communication timing and distribution with Communications, Brand, and Digital teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Change Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant communications experience.
• Strong written, verbal, storytelling, and communication strategy skills.
• Experience developing high-impact communications and implementing communication processes and workflows.
• Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear communications for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in a national or international corporate setting.
