Internal Communications Executive (Fintech)

What you will do

• Produce monthly colleague communications and separate manager updates.
• Maintain internal communication channels, including the intranet, Slack, newsletters, and Town Halls.
• Structure and deliver global Town Halls and provide internal communications guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Create campaigns that align colleagues with key strategies, programmes, and company-wide initiatives.
• Develop engaging communications that connect colleagues across offices with the mission, vision, objectives, and values.
• Manage internal crisis communications and organise annual events, including the summer party, Christmas party, and Smart awards.

Requirements

• Experience in an internal communications role managing multiple channels, including email, Slack, intranet, and events.
• Exceptional written English, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in G Suite.
• Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to use insight and analytics to measure and improve engagement.
• Creative thinking and experience developing or enhancing employer value propositions.
• Understanding of global communication dynamics, cultural sensitivity, and time zone considerations.
