Communications Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute internal and external communications that support the mission, values, culture, and brand.
• Partner with senior leaders, radiologists, and internal stakeholders to create timely, accurate, audience-focused communications.
• Create, edit, and enhance content for email, intranet, text, presentations, meetings, newsletters, and digital platforms.
• Establish communication processes, templates, guidelines, and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder communications, practice calendars, newsletters, targeted audience lists, and external content.
• Support communication planning, change management, distribution, and broader Marketing & Communications initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant communications experience.
• Strong written, verbal, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Experience developing and executing communication strategies.
• Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear communications for diverse audiences.
• Strong organization, prioritization, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
