Communications Manager, Product Management

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $92,000–$138,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the daily implementation of internal communications plans and recommend strategies for effective communication programs.
• Write and publish intranet news and other content that informs employees, supports engagement, and communicates company goals, successes, and leadership.
• Manage corporate intranet and divisional content, including loading, formatting, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and launch internal communications campaigns, newsletters, scripts, presentations, and other digital or print materials.
• Measure content performance, analyze trends, and report results to support data-driven improvements.
• Support senior sales leaders with internal video communication, including talking points, scripting, and coordination with the multimedia team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in communications or a related field.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Experience or interest in corporate intranets and digital communications tools; SharePoint and Office 365 experience is preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
