What you will do
- Book supplier invoices accurately in line with company policies and accounting standards.
- Review purchase requisitions and orders, validate coding, and help requestors correct errors.
- Prepare and execute payment runs in SAP while monitoring rejected or failed payments.
- Review open items and clear goods receipt/invoice receipt differences in a timely manner.
- Provide audit reports and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Treasury, banks, and business stakeholders while supporting source-to-pay process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with multiple internal departments.
- Good working proficiency in English.

- Experience with SAP and/or Coupa.
