AP Accountant (PL Scope)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable lifecycle across assigned European entities.
• Execute vendor payments and maintain accurate ledger records.
• Lead monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliations, travel expenses, and period-end accruals.
• Process Polish tax and compliance workflows, including KSeF and the Split Payment Mechanism.
• Partner with accounting specialists, stakeholders, and external auditors to improve Source-to-Pay processes and automation.

Requirements

• Practical Accounts Payable experience supporting Polish legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of Polish GAAP, VAT split rules, and local tax requirements.
• Native or professional fluency in Polish and English.
• Experience meeting period-end closing deadlines and performing complex bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and local ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Comarch ERP Optima.
• Hands-on experience downloading and processing documents in KSeF.
• Exposure to Source-to-Pay improvements or system automation projects.
