Product Manager (Robotics)

Location: San Mateo, United States; hybrid attendance required

hirify.global builds data collection systems, operational capabilities, an exabyte-scale data warehouse, and software toolchains for robotics foundation models.

What you will do

• Partner directly with US engineers and ship product alongside them in their time zone.
• Own product features end-to-end across multiple product lines, including teleoperation/XMI.
• Bridge context and intent between the China and US teams in Chinese and English.
• Own customer delivery as the DRI from business development handoff through final data delivery.
• Run standups, OKR check-ins, Linear hygiene, and the team’s operating cadence.
• Bring structure to fast-moving, cross-geography work so deliverables remain visible and on track.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience with strong product sense and direct collaboration with engineers.
• Native or near-native fluency in both Chinese and English.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure ambiguous, fast-moving work.
• Comfort working in 0-to-1 environments where processes have not yet been established.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, AI, deep tech, or data-heavy domains.
• Experience coordinating across time zones or distributed, multilingual teams.
• Proficiency with Linear or similar project-tracking tools.
• End-to-end program management experience.
