What you will do
- Own the product roadmap for core Physical AI capabilities, translating research into customer-facing products.
- Bridge the gap between research, robotics engineering, and field deployment to make critical product decisions.
- Define success metrics, reliability thresholds, and release boundaries for customer site readiness.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across distributed teams in research, engineering, and field operations.
Requirements
- Proven track record of shipping technical products while managing complex tradeoffs.
- Strong technical understanding sufficient to participate in debug sessions and evaluate policy performance.
- Bias toward field-based problem solving over theoretical or synthetic benchmarks.
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating technical specifications and decision logs.
- Ability to operate effectively with incomplete information in a fast-moving, pre-paradigm field.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in robotics, autonomy, or domains where lab-to-world performance gaps are critical.
