Customer Education Product Manager (AI)

Location: Full-time in-office role in New York City, United States

Salary: $125,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global Academy’s product strategy, roadmap, content operations, and outcomes.
• Build role-based digital learning paths and interactive experiences for Preparers, Reviewers, and Managers across CAS, Tax, Audit, and Advisory.
• Design the hirify.global Certified credential ladder and define expertise in AI Accounting.
• Scale high-touch training into on-demand courses, workshops, and interactive simulations.
• Develop CPE accreditation for hirify.global courses and connect learning data with adoption, retention, and business outcomes.
• Hire and lead a lean team of instructional designers, content producers, and live-session facilitators.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building or scaling customer education or technical enablement programs at a modern SaaS or AI company.
• Experience running content operations in a fast-moving product environment.
• Proven ability to evolve live-training programs into hybrid self-paced and live-learning models.
• Strong ownership, first-principles reasoning, and a builder mentality.
• Willingness to work full-time from the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Background in accounting, finance, or another regulated industry.
• Experience teaching users to work with AI agents.
• Familiarity with CPE/CE accreditation programs such as NASBA.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as WorkRamp or Thought Industries and badging platforms such as Credly or Open Badges.
