What you will do

• Execute the Compass AI product roadmap, translating strategic direction into well-scoped, deliverable work.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential AI use cases across academic advising, enrollment, and student wellbeing.
• Lead structured discovery and validation with institutional customers to pressure-test AI concepts.
• Translate strategy into actionable epics, user stories, and success criteria for engineering and design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Compliance to navigate regulatory considerations.
• Expand the agent library, focusing on trigger logic, escalation behavior, and intervention design.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct experience with AI/ML products, including LLM-powered tools or autonomous agent systems.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Deep fluency in the AI landscape, including model developments and agent frameworks.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI workflow design, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop system design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
