Territory Supervisor (Fintech)

Location: Mexico City, hybrid

What you will do

• Lead the Mexico City territory and drive revenue, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
• Own financial planning and resource allocation across budget, time, and headcount.
• Define and execute strategies to expand the business and increase market share.
• Lead a commercial team developing a strong merchant portfolio across a complex geographic area.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and other functions to improve the customer experience.
• Lead change management and expansion plans for strategic accounts while maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Sales, or Account Management, including at least 1 year of people leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong interpersonal, commercial, organizational, analytical, and business judgment skills.
• Spanish at full professional proficiency.
• English at full professional proficiency.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in technology and/or retail companies.
• Experience managing a P&L.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
