Senior Product Manager, Platform (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of identity and access management, including authentication, authorization, SSO, multi-tenant permissions, and API access.
• Own embeddable and white-label components that help platform partners launch financial experiences with less engineering effort.
• Develop a unified tokenization layer supporting payment security, funding account protection, data privacy, and compliance.
• Manage notification and communication infrastructure across SMS, email, and other channels, including US 10DLC compliance.
• Drive logging, observability, dashboards, and data foundations for system operations, transaction debugging, and analytics.
• Improve API design, versioning, governance, documentation, and the overall developer experience in partnership with engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Experience building foundational services such as identity and authentication, APIs, SDKs, or notification systems.
• Track record of shipping API-first products in B2B SaaS or multi-tenant environments.
• Experience with OAuth, SSO, RBAC or ABAC, API key management, cloud identity services, and system architecture.
• Understanding of tokenization, data security, PCI compliance, API design, and data models.
• Ability to partner deeply with engineering on platform architecture and technical execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with embeddable or white-label component systems.
• Knowledge of messaging compliance, 10DLC, carrier regulations, and communication channel management.
• Experience with AWS Cognito, Auth0, or similar cloud identity services.
