Base salary: $116,331.60β$174,497.40 per year, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Design, develop, validate, and optimize electrical and mechanical manufacturing test solutions, automated test equipment, fixtures, and tooling.
- Lead test-system qualification and validation to ensure robustness, repeatability, scalability, and production readiness.
- Debug complex issues across test equipment, instrumentation interfaces, sensors, and PCBA-level hardware through root-cause resolution.
- Analyze test data and apply statistical methods to improve test coverage, reliability, cycle time, downtime, and throughput.
- Define test strategies with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Process Engineering teams, including support for new product introduction and design for testability.
- Document technical specifications, validation plans, procedures, and engineering reports; mentor junior engineers and technicians and coordinate technical projects.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in test development, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD; electrical schematics, PCB design, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation, including NI DAQ, NI PXI, DMMs, oscilloscopes, and signal analyzers.
- Experience designing and integrating automated test systems and fixtures, with data analysis using Excel, Python, MATLAB, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of statistical methods, process control, fabrication tools, machining, 3D printing, precision measurement, and technical project coordination.
