What you will do

• Develop talent pipelines and source qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
• Identify, qualify, interview, recommend, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with line managers and HR Business Partners to define recruiting strategies and advise on compensation packages.
• Negotiate, extend, and close offers while maintaining strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide labor-market insights, attend job fairs and open houses, and support recruiting projects.
• Follow organizational policies, regulatory requirements, risk standards, and internal control procedures.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent progressive recruiting experience.
• At least two years of recruitment or relevant business-line experience.
• Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, consultative, and influencing skills.
• Experience identifying passive job seekers and managing multiple searches in a high-volume environment.
• Strong computer, internet, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Corporate Human Resources experience.
• Experience with cold calling, name generation, networking, and applicant tracking systems.
• Demonstrated success recruiting niche talent.
