Senior Analog IC Design Engineer for Sensor Product Line

What you will do

• Design mixed-signal building blocks and key analog circuits for sensor products.
• Specify design targets, partition blocks, perform transistor-level design, and supervise IC layout.
• Analyze and optimize performance, verify designs, and implement design-for-test, yield, reliability, and functional safety features.
• Define system architecture with digital engineering teams and coordinate with overseas teams on production test flows.
• Document designs and architectures and evaluate fabricated silicon in the laboratory.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design and IC development.
• Experience with signal processing and sensors is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of high-speed layout considerations, including parasitics, crosstalk, supply distribution, and bias distribution.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and mixed-signal simulation environments.
• Fluent English communication and the ability to work independently while coordinating with analog, digital, layout, and test engineers.
• MSEE or higher; project management experience and occasional travel readiness.
