Senior Analog Design Engineer (IoT)

What you will do

• Architect, design, lay out, and simulate block-level analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Support RF circuit design, layout, and simulation.
• Test, characterize, troubleshoot, and evaluate prototype ICs in the laboratory.
• Develop innovative designs for patent protection or trade-secret protection.
• Guide layout designers on sensitive custom layouts and support product definition, test-program development, manufacturing, production, and customer needs.
• Share technical knowledge and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• PhD, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in microelectronics or electronics engineering.
• Experience designing CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuits, such as bandgap references, LDOs, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, oscillators, transmitters, or receivers.
• Knowledge of ESD and latch-up.
• Knowledge of behavioral modeling with VerilogA and VerilogAMS.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
