Principal Engineer - Analog Design (Mixed-Signal IC)

What you will do

• Design analog IP blocks with analog design leads and architects.
• Design and validate analog integrated circuits for mixed-signal SoC products.
• Simulate analog circuits across process corners and operating conditions.
• Develop behavioral models for top-level mixed-signal simulations.
• Perform block-level silicon validation and system-level laboratory evaluation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of direct experience with analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Experience designing ADCs, DACs, filters, PLLs, DLLs, and high-speed I/O interfaces.
• Strong fundamentals in circuit theory, circuit design, and layout.
• Hands-on scripting and automation experience with Skill, Python, Perl, and Tcl.
• Strong knowledge of the Cadence IC design flow and tools, plus Verilog-A for behavioral modeling and analog simulation.

• Expertise in system-level mixed-signal circuit design.
