Implementation Associate (SaaS)

hirify.global provides a SaaS platform and service model for investment accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.

What you will do

• Lead the onboarding and implementation of new clients onto the Clearwater platform.
• Assess client requirements and coordinate customized solutions with Clearwater teams.
• Deliver comprehensive client training and explain the platform’s value proposition.
• Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships throughout implementation.
• Track and communicate project status, issues, and risks, escalating concerns to the Project Manager.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide consultancy aligned with project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures.
• Intermediate Excel skills, strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Experience with relational database principles and SQL querying.
• Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work from the Paris office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures.
• Experience in securities or financial markets, particularly derivatives, alternatives, structured products, or fixed income.
• Project management skills.
