Senior Sustainability Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week on-site

hirify.global provides a SaaS platform and expert services that help commercial real estate organizations manage sustainability data, climate impact, and operational performance.

What you will do

• Deploy hirify.global’s sustainability data intelligence platform for DACH clients in coordination with project managers and internal teams.
• Manage communication between client functions such as IT and Learning and hirify.global teams to maintain alignment with deployment goals.
• Support technical implementation by translating client needs into platform functionality, configurations, and enhancements.
• Lead data collection, migration, source integration, application analysis, testing, and process improvement.
• Translate client sustainability priorities, frameworks, and reporting requirements into deployment actions and product roadmap improvements.
• Coordinate Customer Solution Engineering, Customer Success Management, Product, and operational teams; mentor junior consultants and lead internal efficiency workstreams.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of management consulting experience overseeing complex IT project deployments.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple deployment streams concurrently.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management, problem-solving, implementation, testing, and rollout skills.
• Passion for environmental transition and alignment with the values Trust, Care, and Act.
