What you will do

• Identify, define, and prioritize complex challenges faced by clients in France and internationally.
• Build and conduct analyses to develop relevant solutions.
• Develop strategic recommendations and support clients during implementation.
• Work with project managers, partners, international experts, and client executive teams.
• Contribute to sectoral and functional centers of expertise.
• Support projects across industries and functional areas while developing specialized expertise.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in business, engineering, political science, or a related university discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience or a PhD.
• Strong analytical rigor, active listening, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with executive management and international teams.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with high ethical standards.
