What you will do

• Develop innovative technology solutions that drive client transformation.
• Support business development through proposals and client relationship management.
• Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen the technology consulting practice and hirify.global’s market positioning.
• Collaborate with hirify.global and Platinion managing directors, consultants, clients, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in IT strategy or consulting, a technology company, or operational IT delivery.
• Technical expertise with demonstrated impact in areas such as IT modernization, enterprise or solution architecture, data and analytics, ERP/CRM, AI/GenAI, DevOps, agile operating models, or IT processes.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, facilitation, and workshop design skills.
• Fluent French and English are required.
• Business acumen, entrepreneurial ownership, ethical standards, and the ability to connect technology decisions to measurable business outcomes.
• Degree in STEM or business with strong academic performance.
