Process Mining Consultant

What you will do

• Extract, model, and prepare event logs from SAP and other source systems.
• Build analyses in Celonis and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.
• Reconstruct as-is processes, identify variants, deviations, rework, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes.
• Calculate and monitor process KPIs, including throughput time, cycle time, waiting time, rework rate, automation rate, and conformance.
• Design dashboards, quantify operational and financial impact, and present findings to business and IT stakeholders.
• Measure implemented improvements and collaborate with SAP functional teams, data engineering teams, and process owners.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Process Mining, process analysis, or process intelligence.
• Hands-on experience building analyses in Celonis and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and data processing.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA data.
• Knowledge of at least one end-to-end process: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Professional English is required for work in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP modules and tables, including MM, SD, FI, PP, and WM.
• Celonis PQL and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence certification.
• Experience with Python, ETL tools, Power BI, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in FMCG, food, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate or S/4HANA transformation programs.
