Consultant or Project Leader, Operations (Operations Consulting)

Location: Based in France, within BCG's Paris Operations center; travel is expected and varies by project needs.

What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for significant operations consulting projects across multiple industries.
• Develop strategic approaches and innovative solutions based on thorough fact-based analyses.
• Support manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, service operations, cost efficiency, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Lead projects such as Industry 4.0 transformations, Lean production systems, supply chain control towers, decarbonization programs, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and influence the client agenda through strategy-to-execution work.
• Collaborate with senior mentors, research teams, knowledge teams, and career development experts.

Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.
• Experience managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within client organizations.
• Ability to partner with executive management teams and support organizational change.
• Collaborative approach, positive attitude, high ethical standards, and international work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with strong presence and leadership skills.
