What you will do

• Identify and define complex challenges facing clients in France and abroad.
• Build analyses including competitive and portfolio analyses.
• Prepare for and participate in internal case team meetings and client workshops.
• Develop strategic recommendations and support their implementation.
• Work across the full value chain of consulting projects with guidance from project leaders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, political science, or a related field.
• At least six months of professional experience through an internship or apprenticeship.
• Fluent English required.
• Curiosity, leadership, commitment, organization, active listening, and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and convince others using facts.

Hiring process

• Three interview rounds including an online logical, numeracy, and verbal capabilities test.
• Oral case interview.
• Written case study.
• Interviews are conducted by Project Leaders or Associate Directors, with recruiting support and detailed feedback.
