Manufacturing Engineer, Document Control (Robotics)

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Bill of Materials (BOMs), configuration management, and change-control activities.
• Maintain accurate product data, including 3D models, 2D drawings, part numbers, electrical schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Generate and release engineering and New Product Introduction documentation packages for downstream teams.
• Maintain the integrity of the Teamcenter PLM system and support PLM/ERP integration configuration.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and field support teams on component availability, obsolescence management, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Create product build documentation, including Operations Methods Sheets and redlines, to support volume manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and NPI documentation.
• Proven experience with Teamcenter PLM and strong knowledge of PLM and BOM principles.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Project management, prioritization, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Continuous-improvement mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD systems.
