Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv District, Israel

What you will do

• Lead projects and R&D processes across the full software development lifecycle, from planning through release.
• Map handoffs across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Support, and Customer Success, removing blockers and improving delivery metrics.
• Publish weekly delivery-health updates and dashboards covering status, changes, decisions, and risks.
• Facilitate lightweight, outcome-focused planning, standups, reviews, and Scrum Master activities when needed.
• Own timelines, dependencies, and risks for strategic initiatives, while coordinating fast-track handling of P0/P1 issues.
• Lead the release process and ensure high-quality, on-time releases with clear stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technology-industry experience, including multi-team delivery as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Release Manager.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and experience across software engineering, QA, AI, infrastructure, DevOps, IT, and data.
• Proven experience applying AI in technical project management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Linear, including workflow modeling, actionable dashboards, and metrics-driven decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and pragmatic governance with minimal process overhead.
• Excellent English and experience coordinating globally distributed teams; able to communicate with executives, Product, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success.
