What you will do

• Drive execution across multiple algorithm teams within the Geometry department.
• Turn strategic priorities and roadmaps into high-quality products delivered on time.
• Remove roadblocks, identify risks early, and support timely decisions.
• Align algorithm, product, data, engineering, and technical leadership teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and help teams find practical solutions.
• Build scalable execution mechanisms that improve visibility, delivery speed, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience driving complex technical products or projects from concept to delivery.
• Technical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving ability, and strong execution skills.
• Experience building roadmaps, scaling processes, and improving organizational execution.
• Independent, proactive, and hands-on approach.
