Senior Technical Project Manager (Autonomous Driving)

Location: Hybrid in Petah Tikva, Israel

What you will do

• Orchestrate technical planning, execution, and enablement for business-critical programs.
• Manage cross-functional development and implementation projects for autonomous vehicle products, including L2+ Hands-off and L3 Eyes-off systems.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities from project initiation through delivery.
• Remove technical and organizational blockers, facilitate conflict resolution, and support decision-making.
• Define program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and performance to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements with engineering management and other leaders.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of enterprise commercial software, technical program management, or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
• 8+ years managing or leading software development teams for embedded systems, such as Linux-based, real-time, camera, or sensor-based systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English and Hebrew required.
• Availability to travel abroad required.
