Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own strategic R&D programs across Product, Engineering, and Design from kickoff through release.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, and cross-team handoffs.
• Run intake, triage, ownership, verification, stakeholder updates, and service-level agreements.
• Analyze Linear, Git, and operational data to identify delivery blockers, slow handoffs, and carryover patterns.
• Build live views of cycle time, throughput, and risk for leadership.
• Automate status collection and reporting while keeping planning and review processes proportionate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Release Manager, or Scrum Master with broader ownership.
• Experience leading delivery across multiple engineering, product, and design teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle across engineering, QA, DevOps, design, and data.
• Hands-on experience with Linear or Jira, including workflow modeling and dashboard creation.
• Ability to independently extract and analyze delivery data.
• Clear English communication skills for working with engineers and executives.
