Technical PM (Autonomous Driving)

Location: Haifa, Israel; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including requirements definition, planning, execution, and release.
• Drive technical discussions, remove obstacles, and set direction for multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate work across algorithm acceleration, sensor integration, OS development, and in-vehicle visualization.
• Represent the group in project forums, prepare status reports, and communicate with senior management.
• Collaborate with R&D groups on complex technical projects.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering or scientific field required.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, system engineering, or agile team leadership.
• Strong technical background with experience in system design, architecture, and software development.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English required.

Nice to have

• B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering.
