Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Improve deployment pipelines and internal tools by investigating logs, recurring issues, and operational friction.
• Build and maintain the Unified Maturity Table, including workflows, support packages, metrics, and domain-readiness KPIs.
• Evaluate internal AI agents by measuring answer quality against human expert interventions.
• Analyze support ticket patterns and implement automated workflows to streamline resolution.
• Coordinate design meetings, cross-domain synchronization, documentation, and operational support packages.
• Convert static maturity reports into dynamic dashboards and establish standards for domain maturity and system-health alerts.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, SRE, or Solutions Engineer.
• Experience querying and analyzing large datasets with SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to automate manual, friction-heavy processes into scalable engineering solutions.
• Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies such as Linux, AWS or GCP, Git, serverless computing, Docker, and Terraform.
• Ability to translate technical friction into a prioritized roadmap and lead projects through completion.
• Legal right to work in Israel is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG concepts, and auditing AI model outputs for accuracy and reliability.
