Senior Technical Project Manager – Robotaxi

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel; hybrid work with one to two days per week in the Jerusalem office. International travel is required.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of business-critical Robotaxi and Autonomous Vehicle programs.
• Translate customer commitments, product requirements, and engineering constraints into actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, product, validation, safety, platform, cybersecurity, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Identify risks, resource gaps, dependencies, blind spots, and organizational bottlenecks; drive issues through resolution.
• Lead technical alignment, trade-off discussions, root-cause analysis, and fact-based decision-making.
• Define milestones and success metrics, communicate progress and recovery plans, and improve workflows and organizational interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least five years of experience leading complex technical programs, products, or engineering organizations.
• Strong systems thinking, critical thinking, analytical ability, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and influence without direct authority.
• Fluent English and Hebrew are required.
• Availability to work from the Jerusalem office one to two days per week and travel internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics, automotive, aerospace, safety-critical systems, or integrated software-hardware products.
• Experience in validation, verification, release management, system integration, deployments, or customer-facing technical leadership.
