What you will do

• Lead large-scale, complex programs from initiation through completion and ensure delivery against strategic objectives.
• Establish program plans, governance structures, operating frameworks, and delivery controls.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, client, and executive stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
• Lead client relationships through program execution, migrations, conversions, and post-implementation support.
• Drive process improvement, operational effectiveness, collaboration, accountability, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• Expertise leading large, complex programs in financial services or financial technology.
• Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies, governance models, and delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to analyze complex financial, operational, and performance data for strategic decisions.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, influencing, and client relationship skills.
• Deep understanding of debit processing, payments, banking operations, or related financial technology, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience leading client migration, conversion, or transformation programs.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in highly regulated financial services environments.
• Experience with program portfolio management and reporting tools.
• Experience leading geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
