Salary: $128,900–$214,900 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of the enterprise Generative AI strategy.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, funding, value realization, and adoption frameworks.
• Manage a roadmap and portfolio of multiple high-priority projects from ideation through implementation.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, information security, and data management teams.
• Drive organizational change, education, adoption, executive reporting, and performance measurement.
• Lead and mentor project teams, coordinate shared resources, and manage program delivery across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of proven project management experience, or 14 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 10 years of project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology and experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, influence, build consensus, and communicate with executive management.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work with clients, management, peers, and business partners while supporting diverse points of view.
• Ability to manage teams of 20+ directly and indirectly and project teams of 100+ members.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Master’s degree.
