Security Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Annual base pay: $128,500–$192,700

What you will do

• Lead strategic, enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs within the Office of the CISO.
• Define program outcomes, scope, success criteria, roadmaps, execution plans, and governance structures.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across people, processes, technology, and business functions.
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes.
• Partner with Change Management to support business readiness, engagement, and adoption.
• Provide program updates, KPI reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, including delivery of complex, high-impact projects in technology or technical domains.
• Experience with waterfall, agile, kanban, and other program and project management methodologies.
• Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk assessment, and program reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, analytical, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing complex cybersecurity programs across engineering and product organizations is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• PMP, PgMP, or another relevant project management certification.
