Maintenance Technician (Battery Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Execute planned and reactive maintenance for production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Follow maintenance safety protocols, including L.O.T.O., 5-S, Arc Flash, and enclosed-space procedures.
• Analyze yield, throughput, downtime, cost, and other operational data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records, technical documentation, reports, logs, and process records.
• Coordinate with Production Operations, Reliability Engineering, Controls, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Previous experience in electronic assembly and/or troubleshooting is preferred.
• Strong critical-thinking and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow complex written work instructions and adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to use scanners, label printers, and other IT/OT equipment.
• Proficient hazard-recognition skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for more than 80% of the shift, including stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive physical tasks.
