Business Development Representative, German Speaker

What you will do

• Identify and create qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
• Lead discovery calls and email campaigns to qualify interest and build relationships with prospects.
• Connect Marketing and Sales to support effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Transporeon’s products and help prospects address complex logistics challenges.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and German at C1/C2 level is required.
• At least one year of experience in a Sales or Business Development Representative role.
• Excellent negotiation, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter attitude and willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
