What you will do

  • Identify and engage high-quality leads by reaching out to accommodation providers, creating qualified appointments through provided contact lists and direct prospecting.
  • Deliver exceptional first impressions for potential clients, contributing directly to the company's growth.
  • Achieve monthly targets measured by the ARR generated through created opportunities, emphasizing quality and conversion.
  • Sharpen analytical skills by monitoring and improving pipeline performance using advanced sales tools.
  • Attend 1–2 major industry trade shows per year across Europe to meet clients and gain field insights.
  • Clearly communicate how hirify.global helps hospitality businesses grow, sparking enthusiasm and trust among prospects.

Requirements

  • Strategic Sales Mindset: Understand how to approach complex organizations, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach.
  • Business Acumen: Quickly grasp client business models and challenges, positioning hirify.global as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with Account Executives and Product Owners to build and qualify high-value pipelines.
  • Data-Driven & Insight-Oriented: Leverage CRM insights, market data, and sales intelligence tools to refine strategy.
  • Resilience & Persistence: Stay motivated, disciplined, and consistent in outreach and follow-up during long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Communication Excellence: Clearly and confidently articulate hirify.global’s value proposition to C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS Prospecting: At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound prospecting or lead generation, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Curiosity & Growth Mentality: Constantly learn from data, colleagues, and customers to sharpen skills.
  • German - Native or professional speaker.
